What does rape have to do with women's clothing?

The clothes of the women who were raped or the children who were the victims were not inviting sin

That's right- rape is more about men's minds than women's clothing. But it may be difficult for a woman to understand how the minds of men, and especially the minds of weak men, work.

For a man, God has placed lust in a woman's body. But it is not necessary for a man to lay his hands on a woman whose body is in a bad condition. Obviously, if a woman is not accessible to a man for some reason, he cannot clean his hands on her, but after looking at her body, he keeps moving around in his mind and then the same. In a world where even an able-bodied woman or a small child is available to him, he puts his limits on her.

Nakedness does not necessarily bother the woman who comes out wearing less clothes, but because of this act of hers, the rest of the women who wear clothes become the target of someone's lust.

Why doesn't this happen in Western societies?

Well, it would be completely wrong to say that such crimes do not happen in the West. Yes, it can be said that their nature is not so serious there. The reason for this was that Imran Khan had also stated in his interview that there are other ways for him to reduce his sexual arousal. There are nightclubs and escort services. Many people also get together for a night called One Night Stand. That is why the majority of these people there easily fulfill their greed.

But in a society like Pakistan where nightclubs and escort services are not common and words like one night stand are not known to many people with meaning, in such a society if nudity becomes like the West then where will these raw and weak minds go? Obviously, if there is no alternative, they will get their hands dirty on what is available. What is even more frightening is that the object is killed for fear of punishment or disgrace.

The weakness of the legal system is the biggest reason

So it is clear that the biggest weakness in rape cases is our legal system. The first is that it cannot prevent rape and the second is that even after being raped, because the complainant's identity and his honor are tarnished in society, most people do not report. Whatever they do, they have to deal with legal complications and systemic illegitimacy. Whether justice is done or not, people's honors are auctioned off.

There is definitely a system malfunction, but is it a bad thing to help yourself?

Everyone knows that this system and public attitudes take time to change, so what's wrong with taking a step to protect yourself and others?

Is hijab just a name for wearing a niqab or burqa?

It is also worth noting that if we limit the veil to our clothes, then it is a very irrational act. The veil is the name of an ideology within itself. There is no burqa or niqab.

The veil does not mean wearing a burqa and then assuming you are safe. There are certain requirements of the veil, such as your speech, sitting and dismissal, attitude, expression of ideas, it all comes under the purview of the veil. Leaving a woman alone in a secluded place, letting children play carelessly in the streets, or handing them over to servants to take the burden off their heads, all fall into the category of nakedness.

After all, why are women so irritated by the name of the veil?

Someone has asked you to cover up, but you have not insulted your parents. Why is there so much anger?
